Hi, Mir. That’s fine. You can also make your own bars and freeze them for future use. We have recipes for both those and shakes in our collection.

I am on the go in the morning and I do not have time to make breakfast I usually grab a Kind bar which is all natural sometimes I make a smoothie with greek yogurt and frozen fruit and milk is this ok?

Hi, Mariannelmurphy. I’m glad to read that you’re not hungry. You can cut back a little on some of the portions in general, particularly the starchy carbs at lunch and dinner. For the lunches, you can also try a fruit-diary shake (no need for protein powders), perhaps with some freshly ground chia or flaxseeds. We have many recipes you can use.

Can you substitute a protein shake of some kind for the lunch? I’m having trouble eating all of the food.

Sometimes I get up late as I am retired and eat the breakfast but skip the 1st snack. I sometimes eat that snack at lunch with somethings from lunch and then eat the 2nd snack with things from lunch. Is this ok.
