Hi, kgillespie67, and welcome!
It’s not a big deal if you miss one of the snacks once in a while. If you miss one or more on a regular basis, just be sure that by the end of the day, you’ve had a total of at least 5 fruit/vegetable and 3 calcium-rich food/beverage servings. We certainly don’t want you to fight your satiety signals (though be careful not to cut back so much that it becomes a restrictive diet).

HI, I am starting this tomorrow! I have my breakfast stuff ready and then once Tesco turn up with the rest of my food i will be able to prepare my meals! What happens if I miss one of the snacks? or is it imperative that i eat everything so as never to feel hungry so i don’t fall off the wagon?? just not sure if I have to eat absolutely everything? thank you.

Hi, Stephanie. Just to clarify, all of the items listed in a meal on your menu are part of the meal – you don’t have to choose only 1.
