Hi, SnohoSas78, and welcome! There are many of exercises you can do without bearing weight on your feet – you can stay seated and work your arms, or lay down and work your belly, etc. I will send you a few ideas.

Completely new. I’ve never spent money on any program before. Decided to do this because I am overweight and will have foot surgery soon for bone spurs (big toe). Won’t be able to resume walking strenuously for 12 weeks after. Any encouragement and suggestions are welcome!
