Hi, skinnymomma. A way to be sure you get something is to prepare something ahead of time for those challenges. The easiest thing is to make a smoothie or soup and put it in a thermos to sip along the way. That way you’re sure to get produce and hopefully calcium.

Due to busy days with lots of running around, I find that I am missing some of the snacks and meals on my menu. What should I do?
