Hi, Dave. Fruit has considerably more sugar than vegetables, so the amount will be about half. If you do that on a regular basis, I would encourage you to add some “free” vegetables to another meal. You can see the free vegetable list by clicking on the “Vegetables” button in the personal Menu Planner.
