![]() | I had a similar question – I am assuming the same goes for rice, quinoa, pasta etc? That the amount listed is after cooking rather than before. |

![]() | I have been going for about two months( minus 25 lbs ) and I believe you measure after cooking. look at directions and see what the yield is per dry amount prepared |
![]() | Hi all. I am new to this diet and am confused about amounts. When it says 1/2 cup of couscous (cooked) do I measure the 1/2 cup before I cook it or is it a half cup of already cooked couscous. Hope someone can help me out of my confusion. |
