Hi, dgauriti. When in doubt, use the 1-1-1 rule – 1/8 of a large (14-inch) pizza, vegetable-only salad, 1 tablespoon dressing or oil & vinegar (and lemon) – plus unlimited lemon or vinegar. If you can drink water with lemon instead of something with sugar, that’s best.
