Hi, Casavan. You can substitute 1 Tablespoon of pure maple syrup for each 1/4 ounce (Tablespoon of cashews). If you’re a diabetic, a better option would be 1/2 cup (4 ounces) of plain yogurt sweetened with Stevia and flavored with vanilla extract.

For breakfast this week I have had frozen waffles or pancakes. Are we suppose to eat these without any topping? My other menu items were an orange and cashews.
