The Trim Down Club program is low-carb. About 40-45% of calories come from carbohydrates, where the recommendation for diabetics is less than 50%, and the usual diet is up to 65%. Our carb exchanges are calculated according to American Diabetes Association exchanges, and we encourage very high fiber intake and only the best types of fats for diabetics. Of course, recommended exercise fits all physical situations and schedules.

Hi just starting out – need to lose about 25 lbs – pre diabetic…entered in all foods plus selected low sugar…anything else I need to know?
