Hi ossi Sharon, I have been experiencing acid reflux since I started the plan again I think it’s because I am eating so much food my stomach is feeling, so yesterday I decided to rather than follow the daily plan I have printed off the weekly meals and taken randomly a breakfast dinner and tea then the 3 snacks that I fancy on the day I was wondering if that’s OK so if there is a lighter meal and snack I have gone for that whilst making sure I am having a good selection of nutrients each day.and taking a natural enzyme for digestive purposes, I do suffer with a delicate stomach.yesterday I made a vegan sponge normal not low in fat or sugar I used barely flour, coconut nector sugar coconut spread and 2 med organic eggs natural vanilla my problem is wheat lam not celliac intolerent, I could have 1oz that doesn’t sound much but the sponge is so light I made individual little cakes so I weighed them and could have 4 that was 1oz with blueberrys in the sponge, they are delicious, I use an all in one method as its so quick to knock up and the best bit of news is I have lost 2.5lb since Monday when I started the plan.thank you Sharon and who ever put this plan together I now have renewed hope in not only looseing weight but most importantly keeping it off!! Best wishes to you all at trim down club I hope one day to meet up at a conference, I tell every one how great this plan is. I pray for your continued success.blessings Pat.

Hi, cookridgelass. I recommend building your menus entirely from “scratch.” In your finished menu (doesn’t matter which one or from where), click on the circular arrow icon in the header of each meal. You will be redirected to a subapplication, wherein you can select the foods one-by-one to make your menus.

Hi cookridgelass, that’s a mouthful! Thank you for your contribution, you do have a lot of food problems, I to have IBS and like you if I don’t eat wheat and corn I am OK I had a muscle test for all intolerances few years ago I also have to keep off additives like msg and colourings I had manic depression in my 20s caused by a chemical balance in the brain, I had no idea it was caused by the artificial chemicals they put in highly refined and processed so called food,it took 3months of eating a natural diet before all the symptoms of manic depression went, I have been free of those symptoms for nearly 45yrs and now know the value of a healthy diet, now I know how much to eat I hope my problems of being over weight will be a thing of the past, I need to loose 2and half st to get down to my goal weight of 10st. I don’t know anything about you if you would like to share that would be great. I live in nottm England where are you. Look forward to hearing from you all the best Pat.

Thank you for your reply, I am desperate to loose weight that’s why I have come back to the plan, I love the concept, it would be great not to have so many intolerences, but I have made the effort and realised it’s so easy to just put my favourite foods down then just use my alternatives if there is a problem with foods I can’t use. I do find I can’t eat 6 times a day sometimes from last time, I am never hungry now and have lost 1.5 lbs on the first day, that’s on 5 meals a day if I stop looseing I will have to try to eat the 6 meals. I am so greatful for this plan as I have found dieting impossible, now I understand the concept of this plan by watching the video I believe it’s the only way to eat for the rest of your life with out ever getting fed up with it as no food is bared. Thanks Pat.

I also have a great number of intolerances and can’t give enough foods to create a menu planner. I can’t eat any wholemeal or wholegrain foods, I cant have any high fibre foods, I can’t have any foods from the onion family, no garlic, no apples pears or any stonned or dried fruit, any foods that have these fruit concentrates, any foods with fructose or glucose/fructose syrup, any commercially made soups sauces or gravys. I can’t have any legumes and most vegetables Only eat plain fish chicken, beef pork prawns or mussels, & back bacon unsmoked, White bread or crackers, cheddar cheese, eggs, semi skimmed cows milk solid butter, bananas melons strawberry, raspberries, avocado white potatoes carrots lettuce & tomatoes without skins I have quite severe I.B.S. and suffer badly for several days if I stray
