 MayMay207 12 years ago | Hey Bruce…I have asked questions that has not been answered, I know almond milk is on the list that we can pick for foods. I can not get raw milk in my state also. I think the whole point of the diet is to find healthy or healther things to eat. The diet is not perfect and making healthy adjustments is the whole point. Good luck |
