Hi, jgreetings. Physical activity is generally the best way to get things moving again. If you are already active, I would suggest to make some modifications – either adding time or intensity, or changing the type to wake up new muscles.

The scale has not moved for 3 weeks and I am getting discouraged. I have not changed my eating habits and have remained on track. What can I do to boost it again?
