![]() | Hi to all. Stevia is great and “free”; honey is good, but keep an eye on the amount, as it can add up quickly – up to the first teaspoon (5 ml) is “free,” but after that, you’ll need to start subtracting from carbs in your menu (each 2 teaspoons or 10 ml = 1/2 carb). |
