Hi, Connie. Not necessarily, because well-balanced hormones and physical activity are better for your metabolism. We would rather you work towards healthy meals that you want, and do it gradually so that you don’t suffer or “plateau.” Having written that, having a fun meal once in a while (e.g., at a carnival or the holidays) won’t wreck everything if you don’t let it get your down.

Is it true that you should have one meal that you eat anything that you want to? That it will help to boost your maltabolizm?
