Hi to all. We recommend regular half-and-half if you “do” dairy, and if not, then vegan-friendly milky beverages – hazelnut and almond are generally naturally flavored. We don’t recommend imitation flavored powders or liquids labeled “sugar/fat-free,” because they can work against your efforts here.

Hi I am new to the program – I drink coffee – before reading the sweetener information, I was using stevia in the raw – It seems I should switch – is monk fruit the best sweetener option? I am not picky, I use 1/2 packet of stevia currently. I just need a little sweetness – My other question is creamer, I currently use horizon organic half and half – what is the best choice? whole milk? almond milk? Since there is a !/2 cup of whole milk listed on my menu as the last snack of the day – could I use that milk in my coffee? Thanks!
