![]() | Hi, Sundance. Be sure to click on the “imperial” (US) measurement units indicator at the left end of the toolbar above your finished menu – this will make most amounts come up in cups. For dairy products each 8 ounces is a cup, with the exception of hard cheese – each 4 ounces grated is a cup. For meat/poultry/fish products, 4 ounces is about the size of the palm of your hand (without the fingers). |
![]() | Hi sfunngtp03, |
![]() | I’m getting a little frustrated. I just joined two days ago and I went through all the foods and recipes and built my food list. However, when I go through each day and meals, they keep trying to give me big meals with prep time during the week. I’ve changed the foods to other things that are easier when you’re working. Then I get to Saturday and Sunday and the bigger meals for breakfast, etc don’t show up as a choice. Also, they didn’t give me any options to choose the recipes I selected. I’ve spent a lot of time over the past couple days going through everything and it just doesn’t seem that easy. |
![]() | I have just joined the Trim Down Club and am not able to use any of the menu planning because they require I have a food scale (I have ordered one, but it has not arrived). Any ideas? |
