Hi, Alyce. The best thing would be for you to use the full Personal Menu Planner application, so that you can select the foods that go into your menus, and avoid those with too much potassium.
In addition, you can reduce the amount of potassium in certain foods, such as potatoes, but cutting them up and soaking them in water overnight.
If you would like a list of high and low potassium foods, please do repost here, and I will get back to you.

I need a diet plan to eat 1500 – 2700mg of potassium each day
