![]() | Hi Sharon, Again, thank you. I am exercising daily. I am dancing, as this is what I like to do to exercise. I am not a fan of any other type of exercise. I do very my dancing and do different things daily. I also walk a lot on Fridays. I would like to have some things I can change with the food I am eating. Is there anything you think will help me lose faster when it comes to food. A friend suggested to eat a bit less of the carbs and adjust it a little. What do you think? Thank you, |
![]() | Hi, jb. Your weight loss is excellent, but I will add that exercise is the best way to speed things up. If you are exercising, consider making a few changes (even temporarily) to wake up new muscles. If you do this, don’t pay too mmuch attention to the number on the scale, as you will trade som fat for muscle, which is heavier. It is more reliable to go by how you are looking and feeling, and how your clothes are fitting. |
![]() | Hi Sharon, My weight loss is a bit more slow for me than I would like. I have only lost 6 lbs in 18 days. I would like to lose weight faster. Can you please give me some suggestions, so I can lose a bit faster. I get losing slow and steady is good, but I also feel more motivated when I lose a little faster. I appreciate your help.
