Yes, of course you can eat it! Of course we’ll recommend to order the brown rice version, if you can.
Each 2 pieces of nigiri = 1 carb
Each thick roll = 2 carbs; if it also has fish, then add on 1 protein exchange
Each thin roll (such as kapa maki) = 1.5 carb; if it also has fish, then add on 1 protein exchange

I just ate this for dinner tonight, I assumed it to be pretty healthy, I made it from scratch, and had frozen some. Can you let me know more about it. I made mine with jasmine rice carrots, fresh cucumber, salmon and fresh mint, fresh meaning I grew them.
