Hi, Gfleene. You can flavor plain carbonated “soda” water with squeezes of lemon or lime juice (or even cola extract) and natural low-carb sweeteners like Stevia or erythritol.

I drink a lot of diet soda do you have any substitute that I can try to get over this craving
