![]() | Hi, Kimberly. You’ve doing nothing wrong – in fact you’re actually doing great. First, keep in mind that this program is supposed to result in gradual progress, to support long-term maintenance. Second, if you’ve been on restrictive diets in the past, it takes your body a while to get used to normal amounts of food again – if this is the case, the fact that you’re already losing after 2 weeks is great. Third, if you have recently started your exercise program, you may be switching out your fat tissue for muscle which is heavier – so even as the number on the scale doesn’t move, you are getting healthier and may be looking better. If you have been doing the same exercise program for a while, I would recommend making a few changes to wake up new muscles and get your metabolism up. |
