Hi, ehersey. Heavens no! 🙂 They are for using as you would eggs – some people like them scrambled, or just poured in “sunny side up” (but without the sun). Hi, new to programme. Have set up menu after selecting fav. food groups. Under menu/snacks it details 2 medium egg whites – is this drinking raw egg whites? And I’m not sure what a Teacake is – this isn’t a common name in NZ. It includes 1/2 muffin as alternative option – is this a baked muffin (e.g. blueberry muffins) or a bread ‘English’ muffin?
