Hi, Helen. People with your sort of schedule tend to to better drinking their snacks. If that appeals to you, you can make shakes and hearty soups (see our collection for ideas) and put them in thermoses to take with you. You can sip throughout the day, if that works.

I am on day three really like to idea of the diet but due to my job I am really struggling to make time to eat. Yesterday I ate breakfast and managed my first snack at 11.45 I then had my lunch when I got home at 6:45. I was obviously starving that I know is no good. Any suggestions as I don’t really want to go on another liquid diet. Yesterday I managed my lunch and ate my snacks when we closed our business at 5:30.
I am hoping today will be better.
