Hi, Nicola. You are always given fruit at breakfast in your menu, so you are welcome to choose one that can sweeten your cereal, that’s fine. However, if all you need is a teaspoon of sugar, go for it.

When eating my usual breakfast of porridge or Wheatabix, what should I be using to sweeten my cereal. Can I use a teaspoon of sugar or should I be using a fruit option of banana for example or rasins??? Many Thanks Nicola x
