Hi, Mary. We would prefer you didn’t – they really can work against your efforts here. If you really like them, perhaps consider cutting back (or making your own from carbonated water, fresh lemon or lime juice an a healthy non-caloric sweetener as we describe in our article here – https://www.trimdownclub.com/the-best-way-to-sweeten-your-tea-2). The main beverages we do recommend are water and tea, which can do a lot for your metabolism.
