Hi, Sandra. Many Clubmembers have a similar schedule. On those days, just shift the times of your meals – for example, have breakfast before you head out for the night, lunch in the middle of your shift, dinner when you get back (snacks in between, of course), then a snack before you retire in the morning. The nutrients are already arranged so that it won’t matter. If you have other challenges with your shift, please do post here again, and I will work with you.

As a newby just starting out, I work some rotational night shifts. I wondered, what is the best plan for eating, when on these shifts,as your sleeping when you should be eating all this lovely food.
