Hi, Booandpoo. How much salt you can have on your food dpenends on how your body responds to salt. In general, we recommend selecting low-salt foods, then salting it yourself – this way, you end up eating less overall. Do you have high blood pressure? Heart or kidney problems? Water retention? If so, try not to overdo. Even more importantly, be sure to get plenty of orange vegetables and deep green leafy vegetables to counter any negative effects of salt.
