An ounce (28 g) of any cheese or 1/2 ounce (14 g) of nuts or seeds can substitute for the cottage cheese, and 8 fluid ounces (240 ml) of milk or 1/2 cup of legumes can substitute for the yogurt. If you want non-dairy options, you can select “Dairy-Free” in your profile to eliminate those items. |
![]() | Question regarding yogurt * I cannot keep this in my tummy.. I also detest cottage cheese, although eating it did not make me ill. The menu exchanges do not give me any exchange for yogurt or cottage cheese. What can I use to replace the nutrition values for these products. Nadine. (p.s. I even tried to “get used to yogurt with 1tbvle spoonful at a time. It did not work.) |
