![]() | Hi, Wendycleare. Until someone else jumps in here, I’ll just point out that many, many, many people have gone through this and get through this. Some of that new weight may be water weight, so just get back on track with you’re eating as if you’re continuing from 226. In the background, however, see if you can add some exercise to your days. ![]() | was doing well….went from 232 to 226, i was sooo happy. then, went on vacation to jamaica. oh brother. night i returned weight of 238!!! its so hard, i just want to stop but something keeps me going. can you guys offer ANY encouragement or has anyone gone through this and bounced back?? |
