![]() | Hi, Tina. Do you mean “darker,” because I’m not seeing any bold. The darker the blue, the less healthy the food. If you did mean thicker text, I suggest you send a screen shot to the tech support team (through the “Contact Us” link below. |
![]() | im having issue with sending a message/question i asked but i get message that im duplicating my question, |
![]() | Hi CraftyLela, and welcome. Yes, getting weighed once ever 2-3 months is absolutely fine – it is definitely preferable to getting weighed too often, and we actually encourage Clubmembers to use other “measurements,” such as waist circumference, how clothes are fitting, and general well-being. |
![]() | Hi I joined a couple weeks ago and have a couple questions. First, I am handicapped and cannot stand to be weighed. I get weighed at the dr’s office by hoyer lift every 2-3 months when I visit. Will that still work with the menu plan. My second question is my hubby works 2nd shift and isn’t home till 11:30 or so at night and then we are up another hr or two. We usually sleep till 8 or shortly after in the morning which makes breakfast somewhere between 8-9 (8:30-9:30) most days. Then we have lunch between 12 & 1:30 usualy closer to 12. If I try to have a snack in there I feel like all I am doing all morning is eating. I have no problems with the afternoon snack as I usually have that around 3 pm. Then we have dinner about 6 pm. I sometimes doze off in the evening and was having a difficult time getting my 3rd snack in but I’m working it out.. sometimes I have it when hubby gets home from work. Any suggestions on my AM snack? Thanks in advance |
![]() | Hi, I’m craftylela and I joined almost 2 weeks ago. I am handicapped and cannot stand, so I can’t weigh myself every week. I get weighed every 2-3 months when I visit my Dr. How is this going to work with the Trim Down Club? Also my husband works late and so we are up late at night/early morning. Breakfast time for us is between 8-9 am… then we usually eat lunch about 12-1 and dinner is around 6pm. I am finding that it’s hard to get an AM snack in because it feels like I am eating all morning. The afternoon snack works great and the evening one I am finaly working into my schedule. But what do I do about the morning snack? Thanks for answering my question in advance |
![]() | Hi my name is India I just joined about a week ago and I must say that I just lost 6 lbs.is that normal or could that be just water weight what ever your answer is I am just going to keep on going because I am impressed with these results |
![]() | Hi, minisam. Meat/poultry/fish are raw; vegetables in 1 cup measurements are raw and in 1/2 cup measurements are cooked. |
![]() | 3 oz. white meat chicken – Is this a measurement for raw or cooked? |
![]() | Hi, minisam. It depends on what it is. If it is fruit, vegetables, nuts, or a protein food, yes. If it is something starchy like just crackers, that may be hard on your system. |
![]() | Can I eat one item snacks on the days I’m at work? |
![]() | Hi, parulrdave. Try looking for a store here http://www.julianbakery.com/locator/ or ordering it, e.g. from Amazon. |
![]() | Where can I find Paleo/Grainless Bread, Coconut-Based? I tried a few Super markets and Super Super market. No Luck. |
![]() | Avagantor — CONGRATS for losing 4# in two weeks. And the best of luck at continuing to lose at that rate and also continuing to post your good tips, etc. to us here as we need the encouragement. I haven’t been able to really lose (go up and down the same 1 1/2 pounds — grrr!!)but feel I am eating much healthier. ALL — Any ideas on how to budge a plateau??? |
![]() | Well I didn’t follow my rule of waiting one month before weighing in. It has been 2 weeks. I joined on September 1st., 2015 and have lost 4 pounds. As I said in one of my other sharings, the reason I like to wait a month is so that I don’t get despairing when I don’t see the weight loss I’d like to see. 4 pounds is like a granule of sand in a desert, compared to what I have yet to lose. But I’ll take it. One Day at a time. 2 pounds a week. At this rate it will take 35 weeks to lose the 70 pounds. Wish me luck. |
![]() | I too am having the same problem as oxongirl and suzzeterhodes although it has just started happening it was fine at the beginning of the week when I first joined, doesn’t seem to matter which browser I use. |
