![]() | Thanks, Ossie-Sharon, you answered my question about using my own choice of foods for each meal and having it translated into portions to make it work with the program. This has made this whole thing work beautifully for me. I have already lost a few pounds and less than a week on the program. So happy to see wine is included! The little circular icon up in the corner used to edit the meal plan is so helpful. I’m using this now and the more I use it the faster I get. |

I really don’t want you all to “tell” me what to eat (as in the menus).. I want to look at teh choices , how they stack up with the exchanges and go from there. |
![]() | Hi, Brenda. In this program, your daily allotment is about 65 grams each of protein and fat (plus 195 grams of carbohydrates). In terms of fat exchanges, this translates to about 3-4 per day. An 8 oz glass of wine is equal to 1 carb + 2 fat exchanges. Dark chocolate is considered a “sweet,” meaning 1 each carb+fat exchange per ounce (28 grams). |
