![]() | I am struggling with the timing of my meals/snacks too. I find that I have lost track of time and it’s already lunchtime and I haven’t had my snack yet. Should I just go ahead and eat my lunch AND the snack that I missed? |

![]() | I need to know what to do if my day doesn’t follow the average schedule. I get up at 11 and have breakfast at 12, snack at 4 and dinner, not lunch, between 6 and 8pm. Snack 2 at about 10. What do I do with the lunch on my menu? I go to bed between 12 and 1am. I have no idea what to do. |
