![]() | I have a 1-1/2 hour drive to work both ways. I have to start my first meal at 9 a.m. (right after I arrive at work), and then I eat every 2-1/2 hours. However, my 5th meal (dinner) then falls at 6:30 p.m. and my last meal (snack #3) at 9 p.m. There are times I have to work late. Does it matter if I switch my 6th meal and my 5th meal? This way I can eat my snack #3 before I leave work and then cook my dinner when I get home without having to feel so rushed. Also, can I use butter spray (calorie free) on my veggies? Final question, I don’t eat pizza and when I try to switch that option it only gives one substitute that involves chicken and quinoa. I don’t mind chicken but absolutely abhor quinoa. Any suggestions? |
