Hi, Anita. First, unless you are physically active, I would suggest you choose the half size, as it might be a better fit for you. Second, note that each half-sized salad yields the following exchanges: 1 fruit, 1 vegetable, 3 protein, and 1 fat – so basically, a meal. If you are active, the full size will cover you well.

Can you determine if the Wendy’s Apple Chicken Pecan Salad is an acceptable meal on this program? Accomodations such as using a different dressing and/or substituting unsweetened, unflavored pecans should be considered. The salad has mixed greens, Red Delicious and Granny Smith apples, grilled chicken breast, blue cheese crumbles and dried cranberries. A full size salad comes with 2 packets of Marzettis simply dressed pomegranate vinaigrette.
