![]() | Ossie-Sharon, All I know about the FODMAP diet is the list of Foods and there are a lot of them I am not familiar with or how to cook or prepare them. I was asked to go on it by my Doctor yet when I rang the Surgery to ask to see a Dietrician which I know they have I was declined one. The diet is for medical reasons. I will be glad with whatever help I can get to get started. |

![]() | hi nain… i am a 58 year old grandmother and i started program on monday. if you see the posts, i have lost 3lbs. but i need to lose 97 more… lol… don’t know about your problem but healthy eating can’t hurt. someone from the “experts” panel should get back to you soon. at least i think thats how it works. new to this too. hope you get your answer. |
