Hi, Jjahan. Probiotics are in the Menu Planner lists as high-quality (active culture) yogurts and kiefers, as well as fermented vegetables such as pickles and sauerkraut. We encourage you to select these by marking them in lighter blue typeface.

Thank you so much for your reply. It seems like so much to eat in such a little time. Have not started my meal plans yet, will do soon hopefully. When you say probiotics is that included in the menu?

Hi, Jjahan. I suggest to group your first three meals just before sunrise, and your last three meals after sunset. Don’t worry about getting everything in. Most important is to get at least 5 total servings of fruits+vegetables and to be sure to have probiotics in the evening.

I was just wondering how I would do trim down club during the month of Ramadan. We can only eat from sunset to sunrise.
