Hi, Val. Have you seen our shopping guide? https://www.trimdownclub.com/where-to-buy-uk. You can also try joining a UK group (see “Groups” – link at the top right corner of this page).
Also, you don’t get the most expensive items. As long as you avoid overly processed foods, you will already be benefiting.

I’ve purchased some of the essential core products on line, so just have to wait till they arrive. I have to say they are quite expensive and that’s a concern, As to whether or not I can continue to buy. I don’t mind doing the preparation for e.g. Muffins or pizza but the cost of the ingredients here in UK will have an effect on how regularly I need to buy them. I might have to subsidise fo ingredients that are more obtainable here in UK. I’ve been to US a couple of times and gone shopping in Wegmans, their supermarkets have so many more choices as part of their day to day shelf items. My husband is coeliac and here the choices and availability of basics to prepared food is really limited, likewise with some of the things these recipes require. Any tips or advice from UK members will be much appreciated.
