Hi, Melanie. Congratulations! We wish you continued success.
With regard to the recipes, many of them are already in the Menu Planner lists, but for those that are not, you can select something similar in the lists as a placesaver, then make the swap at mealtime. For example, for the chana dal masala, you can select “Butternut Mung Bean Soup” in the “Recipes” section of the “Carbohydrates” category (the exchanges aren’t identical, but certainly close enough); similarly for trading the Roast Turkey in a Jiffy or potato-broccoli bake for something like Acadian Fricot, or Cheap & Flexible Lentil Stew, etc. If you would like more guidance, here, please do repost.

So i’ve been part of the Trim Down Club for the last 3 weeks and have lost 9lbs so far. I’m very happy about that. I don’t have a work schedule per se other than running aroun dmy 9 month old all day! The problem is that it seems that the food appearing my my menus for the past 3 weeks are pretty much the same. I see there are lots of yummy recipes but where do i fit those in when they don’t appear in my menu?
I have my menu set with the highest recipes but i’m getting bored of eating the same things. I like a lot of different types of food but i keep getting salmon or patatoe brocoli bake or turkey in a jiffy and so on.
How can I get a custom weekly menu that would include different kinds of food like Chana Masala and/or soups that can be found in the Recipes?
Appreciate your help.
Thanks
Mel
