![]() | Hi, shocknail. You can definitely adjust your menu to make it more comfortable, just try not to cut back on vegetables or calcium sources. If you are using the Ready-to-Go menu, I would definitely recommend that you use the full Menu Planner application (in “Apps” above) so that you can select the foods that would work best for you. |
![]() | I have been with the program now for 3 weeks. The menu is very hard to follow because it is too much food. I have been able to change up most of the items but to follow the menu there are some items I can’t find and I don’t have a big selection where I live. Is there a way to continue and substitute the items I can’t find and cut down on how much food to eat on the menu? |
