Thanks again! I started using my antique elliptical a few days ago for 5 min a day. I LOST a pound! I am going to try the low impact trim down video next. Thank you for helping. This program works!

Hi, Terri. That’s actually great to read, because as you noted, it means you definitely have options. A starting point could be here – https://www.trimdownclub.com/sbs/standard-guide/week-1/?version=1.1.16. If you are interested in additional guides, Customer Service can direct you – you can reach them directly through the “Contact Us” link below.

Thank you SO much Ossie-Sharon for answering! I thought exercise might have something to do with my plateau. I have not exercised at all. I am very active with everyday activities, but not exercise. Any suggestions as to where to begin. I have never been an exerciser..

Hi, Terri. First, congratulations! Second, to get stuck after such a large weight loss is normal, so of course, don’t worry too much (unless you have something like a hypothyroid condition, and then I would recommend to be checked by your health care provider to be sure your hormones are controlled enough to allow weight loss).
Rather than eating less, the recommendation would be through physical activity. If you are already physically active, it is most likely time to make a change – even if temporary – to wake up your metabolism. Work different muscles, split your workout into two separate sessions during the day, add strength-training if you are only doing cardio, etc. It is also recommended to insert bursts of intense exercise into steady cardio – for example, 30 seconds of jogging every 5 minutes during a walk.
If you would like more guidance with this, please do repost here.
