Hi, sfkendrick. It’s all in the amount, and how well you compensate for it during the rest of the day. We definitely want you to enjoy life, but without worrying about risking your goals here.

Hi, just wondering – been on the diet for a while, but today I had some chocolate as a “blow out” treat. Of course I will resume my normal menu tomorrow but just wondering if it can effect weight loss a lot? Frequency of this treat being only every 1.5-2 weeks!
