hi Teresa, I’m new too, I just posted on the topic of measurements vs weight loss. SO there are a few blips in the program it seems.
Amazing that you lost 3 pounds in the first week. It’s great but seems like it might be a little fast, what did you do?

I’m new, so please forgive me if you’ve covered this topic before. I’ve been on the plan for a little over a week and lost 3 pounds. When I entered my new weight on the chart, it shows a small dip on the graph, but I don’t see anyplace where it actually says the number of pounds that you lost/gained that week, or the total weight lost. Am I missing something, or do you just not show that number? In other words, will I have to remember or write down the total number lost each week or do the math each week to see what my overall weight loss has been? Thank you!
