![]() | Hi, asbeehiive. That’s great that you’re in tune with your satiety cues! You actually do have some wiggle room. If you want to cut back by about 1/8, that’s fine. You are welcome to post your menu here and list what you do and don’t eat from it, and I can run some calculations and make recommendations. |

![]() | I have been following the plan but really struggle on the weekends. I was off work for a week on Spring Break and did absolutely terrible. Getting ready to start week 5 and was wondering if I should recommit and keep going or start over from week 1? Appreciate any advice Thanks!! |
