![]() | I do weight lifting , so you would always breath out on the hard part,breath in on the easy part, like in dead lift, or squat when going down breath out cumming up breath in, when doing real heavy squats,I you don’t breath right you can black out, coming up you must breath in. Think of it that way, like Ossie said it will come in time. |
