Hi, padhav. The almond milk tea itself is fine, but 5 teaspoons of sugar is quite a lot. I would recommend to use coconut sugar instead, if you can. Remember to count each serving as a “carb” exchange.

Hi,
I am on gluten free,dairy free diet. I drink almond milk tea with sugar.
(1/2 cup almond milk and 5 teaspoons of brown sugar) I am so used to having the tea.
Can I continue drinking it while I am on diet?
