Hi, Isabeaulandry. Your husband needs about one-quarter more than you. For example, where you have 2 ounces of meat, he would have 2-1/2 ounces; where you have 1 cup each of pasta and vegetables, he would have 1-1/4 cups each, etc.

Hi, isabeaulandry, and congratulations! I am happy to help with your husband. I just just need his age, height, weight, and general activity level.

I’m on week 4 of the program and have lost 5 lbs. this should start slowing down as my level of energy increases I will be able to start exercising again and regaining muscle mass lost after 5 years of dealing with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue. I’ve eaten whole foods for most of my adult life and from what I can see and experience I just did not eat enough food in a day and not the right food at the right time or right combination! This Program seems to be working for me, even more so now as I get even more familiar with the website and daily nutritional requirements my body needs. This has certainly peaked my husband’s attention and now he would like to come on board as well. The downfall is that he is NOT Tech savvy. (no patience with computers at all)Since I do all the meal planning a shopping, I need to know how much more (portion wise) he needs for this program to be as successful for him and it is for me. I look forward to be able to understand the program more
