![]() | I watched the video and was excited to start, but the vegetarian options are Quorn, a highly processed food, and soy franks, a highly processed soy product, and whole wheat bread. In the “5 foods not to eat” video, #3 was whole wheat bread and #4 was processed soy. What’s up with that? And the menu doesn’t provide meals, it provides a list of food items. Veggie franks, some corn, some edamame. This doesn’t sound appealing. |
