![]() | I tried to customize the menu but it seems like I am not being cost effective with my menu. For example, I made the homemade chili/beans and cut the servings down but had to freeze most of it because it is not on my plan for the rest of the week and I did not see where it could be substituted. Additionally, is anyone else seem to be cooking a lot? |

![]() | Hi Ossie_Sharon. I started last Friday actually with first meals. I am using the already planned meals, but making some changes with the little pencil option. I am confused though on the option to choose own meals , I have taken down most of carbs, proteins, sweet list and etc. Am i to understand that I will need 6 carbs , 8 proteins, 5 fats, 2 sweets if i plan a meal myself each day. I am not finding that with the already planned meals. Will I be able to take from my choice list and replace items on already planned meals. |
