![]() | Hi, Rbekky. If you have been on restrictive diets in the past, it may take your body a little while to get used to normal amounts of food again. The best way to get a boost is through physical activity. If you’re already active, then try changing your routine a little to wake up new muscles. If you’ve recently started exercising, note that at this early stage you may be swapping fat for muscle, which is heavier – so you may be looking better even if the number on the scale doesn’t change. |
![]() | I’m currently using the menu that is created for me. I eat foods and make soups but they are not on that planner. How do I eat using the recipes on the site for breakfast lunch and dinner. Do I just pick a recipe and make it? I’m on week 3 of the trim down club and I have not lost a pound. |
