Hi, Lola. Generally about 2-1/2 to 3 hours between meals, and the last meal an hour before bed; the first meal when you get ready to start your day (or a little later if you work out first thing in the morning). But don\’t fight things too much. If it really is too much, don\’t push yourself. Just make sure you get all your fruits, vegetables, and calcium sources.

Hello,
I’m new to the plan and like many other I’m indeed stuggling with the amount of food per meal & snack but my real question is, how often should we eat? Should be every 2-3, 3-4, 4-5 hours?? Please help! Also, is there any suggestion of starting time for breakfast and last snack? (E.g. breakfast at 7AM and late snack not later than… 8PM?)
